Viola Pajalich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Eastern Languages and Cultures and a
Master's Degree in Marketing Management, both from Sapienza University of Rome.
She has attained a C2 English certification from EF and holds two TEFL certificates for
teaching English as a second language from PREMIERTEFL and TEFL in China.
Additionally, Viola has obtained various Digital Marketing certifications, with a focus on
Ecommerce and online sales, including Email Marketing, UX Design, Product Launch, and
website creation using WordPress and Shopify.
With several years of experience in language teaching, Viola initially worked in Italy before
relocating to China in 2017. She has taught in various private international schools and,
since 2024, has been a university lecturer at Hainan Tropical Ocean University. In her
current role, she teaches speaking skills for the IELTS course and International Tourism.
In parallel with her teaching career, Viola is also engaged in several projects in the
ecommerce and digital marketing sectors, applying her expertise to drive online business
success.
